1. In brief

Fynqcast uses technical cookies and similar technologies, necessary for the operation of the site and for access to your account, and preference cookies only if you enable them. Only with your consent does it also use Google Analytics cookies on the public pages of the site, to measure how they are used ("Analytics" category), and Google Ads cookies, to measure the results of our ads and show them to people who have visited the site ("Marketing" category, remarketing). For more information on the processing of personal data, see the Privacy Policy.

3. Local browser storage

The website also uses the browser's local storage (localStorage), which is not a cookie but has a similar function:

  • auth_token and auth_user: keep the web session and the essential data of your profile.
  • fq_ui_lang, fynq.organizationId, fynq.navigationContext and fynq.profilePromptLater.*: remember technical choices of the interface: the interface language (the one you choose in the selector or that of the language address you open, e.g. /it; only the language code is stored), the organization and the working area selected, and the reminder to complete your profile. They are technical and do not require consent.

Only for the open tab (sessionStorage), and removed when it is closed:

  • fynqcast.enterpriseContactDraft, fynq.pendingEnterpriseOffer and fynq.pendingInvitationToken: keep the draft of the Enterprise contact form and the offer or invitation link being opened.

4. Third-party technologies

  • Google (sign-in with Google): the site loads the Google Identity Services script to allow you to sign in with your Google account. Google may receive technical data about your connection (e.g. IP address) in accordance with its own privacy notices.
  • Stripe: when you start a payment you are redirected to the Stripe page, which is subject to Stripe's privacy notices.
  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited): only if you accept the "Analytics" category, the site loads the Google Analytics script on its public pages and, only to report a completed registration or purchase, on the registration page and on the purchase confirmation page (never elsewhere in the account area, in the dashboard or on private links). The address of the page is sent without parameters, except the campaign parameters (utm_*) and, with the "Marketing" consent, the ad click identifier; the previous page is sent only as the name of the site; Google signals are disabled, ad personalisation is disabled unless you also accept the "Marketing" category, and no data that identifies you directly (such as name or email) is sent. The data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Without your consent the script is not loaded. Information from Google: policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited): only if you accept the "Marketing" category, the Google tag of the site also sends to Google Ads the conversions (completed registration, purchase with the plan and its price, Enterprise request) and the visits to the public pages, so that our ads can be measured and shown again on Google services to people who have visited the site. For the collection on the site and the transmission to Google we are joint controllers with Google (Art. 26 GDPR); for the subsequent advertising purposes Google acts as an independent controller and may also read or set its own cookies on its domains (such as google.com and doubleclick.net). No name, email or other identifying data is sent. Information from Google: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

5. How to change your preferences

You can reopen the banner at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of the home page or with the "Cookie Settings" icon at the bottom left, which appears after your first choice, and change the categories. You can also delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings; in that case some features, such as account access, may not work.

If you withdraw your consent to the "Analytics" category, Google Analytics stops collecting data immediately and its _ga cookies are deleted.

If you withdraw your consent to the "Marketing" category, the advertising signals are switched off immediately and the Google Ads cookies of this site are deleted; you can manage the cookies and the ads of Google on its own domains at myadcenter.google.com.
